WHO IS POMA?
MEMBERSHIPAre you tired of our profession being defined by the lowest elements of landlording? Add your name to the growing movement of responsible landlords who want to better themselves and our profession. Join today. Membership is open to all property owners and managers in the Evansville and surrounding areas. Vendors may become a vendor member. How do I become a member? Down load the membership form and Code of Conduct. Complete the form, and mail with your membership check to: POMA of Evansville, 18 S Congress Ave, Evansville, IN 47714 MEMBERSHIP FORM DUES PRORATED SCHDULE What are membership fees? For Executive Council members the annual fee is $250 For Property owners/managers the annual fee (July 1-June 30) is $100 (Due will be prorated if joined mid year) For Vendors the annual fee (July 1-June 30) is $250 (Dues will be prorated if joined mid year) What do I get with my membership? You can attend all seminars with no additional cost You can obtain tools to help you with property management You will get updates on all laws and guidelines regarding property management You will be able to get advice from others that have been property managers for years You can learn…
