a new relationship based on trust and mutual respect.
POMA desires to change the way the city and landlord relationships have operated in the past. We intend to establish a new relationship based on trust and mutual respect. One that allows both parties to work together for the common good of the community. POMA members have a wealth of information that can be used by the city for its efficient operation. A successful City/Landlord Partnership can benefit the city, the landlords, our tenants and the neighborhoods.
April 2011
