Our Leadership Team - The Executive Council of POMA

Executive Council

To create an incorporated organization that would benefit all landlords.
To create a 12-15 person Executive Council
The Executive Council would have complete control of POMA and would make all final decisions. They would also have the ability to create other sub-committees and set rules as it sees fit.
Each member will serve a three year term with no more than two terms served concurrently. In order to provide continuity and a high level of professionalism the Executive Council will be the only members voting for Executive Council replacement members. Each member of the Executive Council will be expected to play an active role on one of the two sub-committees.
Membership dues and membership requirements, as well as all rules and guidelines governing POMA will be set, exclusively, by the Executive Council who will meet as needed.
There will be an annual business meeting where members can submit nominations to the Executive Council and a general discussion of the status of POMA will be reported.
