Rental Registry

Annually, all single-dwelling and/or multi-dwelling rental property owners MUST register online or register at the Evansville-Vanderburgh County Building Commission Office. There is a cost of $5 per rental parcel or rental community.

A new owner or agent information must be reported to the building commission at the contact information below.

Important Information when registering:

You will need the parcel address listed on the tax bill
Set hours for walk-in registration are 8 - 11 daily.
Owners with 10 or more properties must call for a personal appointment or register online.
